Telkom needed an online process to enable its customers to be able to cancel a service. I was tasked with coming up with this process, doing the UI/UX design, HTML, CSS and the front-end functionality using jQuery.
This online functionality dramatically reduced the load on Telkom’s call centers and made it far easier for Telkom’s customers to cancel services.
