
Logimeter has a client which needed a custom dashboard built in Google Looker Studio. It needed to integrate with our BigQuery instance which pulled data into it via our SQL queries. The dashboard needed to display the stats of each sales agent based on how they answered 9, pre-defined questions, which we transcribed and setup in CallBi.
This data was then aggregated and structured for our dashboard. The dashboard has a “Leader Board” to encourage a bit of competition between the sales agents.
The stats for each sales agents questions were hyperlinked back to Logimeter’s xTracker application where they could further investigate their call stats, listen to the recordings and more.
