When I first started at Logimeter, this was my primary role, creating this application to replace the then out-of-date, end-of-life customer portal built in AngularJS. My role was all of the UX/UI, which I created in Figma, component design in modern Angular, as well as interacting with the DRF API backend.

Logimeter has a client which needed a custom dashboard built in Google Looker Studio. It needed to integrate with our BigQuery instance which pulled data into it via our SQL queries. The dashboard needed to display the stats of each sales agent based on how they answered 9, pre-defined questions, which we transcribed and setup […]

At Logimeter, they use Django for their admin interface. It is a good choice as it integrates seamlessly with their Python backend. That said, we are pushing the boundaries when it comes to its usefulness and are already looking into a more modern API approach. This is a the inline billing commission form I built […]

At Logimeter, we had a team of 10 to 12 developers. It became a bit cumbersome, and somewhat annoying, to constantly ask on our group chat, which test server was available. Our code (Merge Request) was deployed to a test server before it was reviewed to ensure that we did not break the build. To […]

Our current version of xTracker (Logimeter’s customer facing portal) is reaching end-of-life as it is written in AngularJS – yes, shock, horror! In this scenario, Logimeter sales plays the role of the prospect (the person who is enquiring about a vehicle). In […]

Telkom needed an online process to enable its customers to be able to cancel a service. I was tasked with coming up with this process, doing the UI/UX design, HTML, CSS and the front-end functionality using jQuery. This online functionality dramatically reduced the load on Telkom’s call centers and made it far easier for Telkom’s […]

As with the iWYZE Multisite, the newsletter needed to be brought in-line with the latest brand updates. e-Mailers are generally tricky as they are viewed on multiple devices, applications and getting them to display correctly on all of them is a challenge. Michelle, from ThriveOnline, cam up with the concept and did the design. I […]
